The THKWC is a USA Wrestling Chartered local sports club dedicated to providing top-tier wrestling instruction for athletes from youth through high school in the Triangle Area. Our program focuses on developing the fundamental skills and techniques necessary for success both on and off the mat. We emphasize high-level wrestling strategies, with a commitment to scoring points consistently and competing in every position with confidence and skill.

Training Structure:

Elementary: Focus on Folkstyle fundamentals to build a strong foundation.
Middle & High School: Emphasis on Freestyle techniques .

Practice Schedule:

Days: Monday & Wednesday
Time: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Location: UNC Wrestling Room

Fee: $300 Per Wrestler
