The THKWC is a USA Wrestling Chartered local sports club dedicated to providing top-tier wrestling instruction for athletes from youth through high school in the Triangle Area. Our program focuses on developing the fundamental skills and techniques necessary for success both on and off the mat. We emphasize high-level wrestling strategies, with a commitment to scoring points consistently and competing in every position with confidence and skill.

Monday and Wednesday

  • Time: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
  • Location: UNC Wrestling Room


Sunday

  • Time: 10:00am - 11:30am
  • Location: UNC Wrestling Room
THWC is a USA Wrestling chartered club and an official U.S. Olympic Regional Training Center site that operates in accordance with all NCAA, USA Wrestling, and U.W.W rules and regulations.
