The THWKC is a USA Wrestling Chartered local sports club dedicated to providing top-tier wrestling instruction for athletes from youth through high school in the Triangle Area. Our program focuses on developing the fundamental skills and techniques necessary for success both on and off the mat. We emphasize high-level wrestling strategies, with a commitment to scoring points consistently and competing in every position with confidence and skill.
Practice Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday
K Thru 3rd Grade
- Time: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
4th Thru 12th Grade
- Time: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
