Competition camp
Tar Heel Wrestling Competition Camp is centered around getting the campers live competition along with high level, efficient technique and skills that will help develop them into better competitors.  During this camp there will be a mix of techniques sessions and live sessions that will have clinicians and counselors observing the campers while they practice and compete.  After each session the campers will have opportunities to communicate with them about what they saw and how to improve.  The last day will come together for a tournament where campers will be placed in brackets based off of weight.
Prospect Camp
Interested in wrestling at the Division 1 level? Prospect camp will give you a taste of how our athletes train on a daily basis. Being a two-day camp, these sessions will be more intense, with fast-paced drilling, conditioning and lots of live wrestling. Our coaches use this camp to get a good look at how you train and possibly identify you as a future Tar Heel wrestler. Prospect Camp is limited to a small group, so register while you still can to guarantee.
parent/child camp
Beginner to wresting?  This camp is for you!  The parent & Child camp is geared towards teaching both the parent and child the basic foundations of how to be a successful wrestler and also the rules of the sport.
